  1. Pretty much the same as the compost cookies, the recipe for which has disappeared from the web, I think. Luckily I printed it. 🙂 The differences would be that the compost cookies are beaten on low speed for five minutes or longer before you add the ‘compost’, and they are also chilled for an hour before baking. I have no idea whether or not it makes a difference if you don’t do those things.
