@lahondaknitter Thanks! It didn’t have the original belt, and I’m still not sure this is the right one for it. But I love the dress. 🙂
@pinkcatknits The bigger blobs are actually stylised roses, and then there are little triangular bits all over between them.
My art just arrived! Can’t wait to hang it. Thanks @artbuds! http://t.co/unHKIEk4
@zephyrama An odometer? I reckon. Check with @thecyclery. (Personally, I just use RunKeeper on my phone whenever I ride.)
@zephyrama There’s also GMaps Pedometer, which requires nothing: http://t.co/ClezjOYb
@drkknits Ugh. That sucks.
@kunaal84 @knitdra I forgot to mention that half the knitters in Sydney saw me working on it over the past few months. 😀
Party shopping complete. And there goes the grocery budget for the month…
@glittertrash Socks are easy. There’s no trick and no special skill involved. Just follow the pattern! After 1 you’ll be fine.
RT @freshome: 10 Design Mistakes You Don’t Want to Make in Your #Kitchen http://t.co/4NajfTNq // Oh great. Pic 9 is pretty much our kitchen.
@gilmae I never said relieved? It wasn’t sitting around; it was made custom. Designer & tradesmen impressed we didn’t go ubiquitous white.
@gilmae I think you are. Definitely not us. That’s why it took so long; they had it make it special. 🙂
My Cherpumple plan got way harder upon realisation that readymade pumpkin and cherry pies are pretty much unheard of here.
So now I’ve got to bake two pies AND three cake layers. #cherpumple #madness
@Gidgetknits I wasn’t that surprised by pumpkin, as it’s totally foreign here. But cherry? Cherry pie? I had no idea it was so rare.
@arwenamin @Gidgetknits @sthcrft The Pie Tin in Newtown actually makes pumpkin pie. The cost for one whole pie? THIRTY NINE DOLLARS. *gulp*
@arwenamin @Gidgetknits @sthcrft So yeah, making my own pumpkin pie. 🙂
