Whole30: Day 1

I’m thinking about maybe a food diary this month for Whole30 is a good way to start the year on track.

Brunch: Three scrambled eggs with chorizo, cooked in ghee; black coffee
Snack: Iced black coffee
Dinner: Hangover curing pork belly (no sauce); boiled Kipfler potatoes with olive oil and lemon juice; steamed carrots with ghee

I had one small unintentional cheat. Without thinking, I poured a little lingonberry cordial into my fizzy water at dinner without remembering it has added sugar. I realised halfway through and gave the rest to the Snook.
