Spent ten minutes debating with the Snook today whether we should go back to low-carb eating… and then I read this Twitter thread, and it stopped me dead in my tracks.
For today, just consider: What would life be like if you weren't consumed with dieting and body loathing about your size? What would you put that time and energy into? If you were to just opt out of compulsory diet culture, what would that mean for you?

I really love this approach and have been finding my way with it over the past little bit.

It’s a pretty trite sentiment, but life is really too short to be restricting foods!
