Our new German GP insisted on full blood tests, and to our surprise both of us came back as severely Vitamin D deficient! If you work in front of a computer and have spent most of the year indoors, you may be as well. We’re now on supplements to build back up again. (There’s also some evidence it helps with Covid prevention.) ☀️💊
