Ooh neat. Here’s what they gave me: http://bit.ly/15qTi2. Very pretty… for a man-made unstable isotope.

Worst part of radioactive bone scan: pulling off the medical tape over the ouchie on my arm. Yanked out about 1000 hairs!

I’m headed for Round 2: Nuclear Boogaloo. Should have the verdict soon enough…

Definitely no fractures & no plantar fasciitis! No bone issue at all. So it’s soft tissue. Hopefully doc will clear me to run tomorrow.

@cdeagle Apparently PF usually shows up where it attaches to the bone. They didn’t see any of that.

@AusVintageGrrl That’s what I’m hoping. Today marks a full week of rest. I may have hurt it with self-massage though.

@carbolicious I just got a spam email from your Yahoo. You got a virus?

@thisismywww It’s been there for ages. It just hides at the top and you have to flick the screen down to see it. 🙂

Putting together Geek Girl Runner Episode 3 right NOW!

Geek Girl Runner Episode 3 is now available! http://bit.ly/9gjdZ3 I think it may be the world’s first radioactive podcast.

Great news: I am officially cleared to run again! Well, as soon as I kick this frackin’ cold that is.
