Client meeting over. Still no power in the office! Ausgrid are tearing up the footpath on Lower Fort St. Meanwhile, I’m going home. πŸ™‚

Anybody know of a place in Wollongong that will delivery Ben & Jerry’s? @drkknits really frickin’ deserves it.

@Ausgrid Hey, I think most of my co-workers were happy for the chance to work from home on such a lovely day. So no complaints here. πŸ˜€

@dancingman Don’t think so. Failed around 5pm last night; apparently 38 buildings affected. They were literally digging up footpath today.

@pinkcatknits @drkknits I wish I could! I fortunately I’m in Sydney; not much I can do besides curse the dickhead responsible. πŸ™

@dancingman Does your secret info include the likelihood that it’ll be fixed (and I have to go to work) tomorrow? πŸ™‚

Silly me. I thought I’d be able to buy a postcard at @auspost. Instead it’s just toys, metal cupcake stands, and candy. I wish I was joking.

I am the worst person in the world to offer advice to the heartbroken.

@drkknits QUIT TWEETING. ENJOY THE GODDAMN SERENITY.

@that_alison The Reject Shop is better organised and cheaper with a shorter queue. I’ll go straight there next time. πŸ™‚

@pinkcatknits However long he says it will take – be prepared for twice as long. I speak from experience.

RT @textfiles: So @twitter announced they’re killing off versions of Tweetdeck, on their posterous blog: https://t.co/nn8BS1RZ1k ..which …

WTF. @twitter is killing my beloved and carefully maintained OLD version of Tweetdeck? THAT COMPLETELY SUCKS.

@drkknits Other than the birthday thing, this was written by you in an alternate universe: http://t.co/ZiclOofpJI. PS I want that K necklace

@Alacaeriel I don’t think you had nearly as much done. If @pinkcatknits is talking architect, it will be more on par with ours.

@Alacaeriel @pinkcatknits Ours was ripped out completely, down to bare concrete floor and walls. Had a wall moved. Custom everything.

@Ausgrid Thanks! I guess that means I have to head into the office. πŸ™‚

Interesting reading. #productmanagement http://t.co/ZtuvydVgzH In companies with this model, product managers become little more than…

@auspost Broadway Post Centre. I was sending a physical parcel to someone and wanted an Australian postcard to put inside, not an e-card.

@auspost Broadway used to have quite a lot of stationery. Seem to have replaced it with large Bureau de Change and lots of random stuff.
