Australia Day is so conflicting for me. I’m an immigrant, and I chose to come here and become a citizen. I feel like I can’t celebrate that-

without being labelled a bogan. I get why others object, I do. I just wish there was a day where I could show pride at being at Aussie.

@drkknits Yeah. It’s Columbus Day + 4th of July, which sucks. We have issues with the former definitely. But I like the latter.

@drkknits Oh no! Our membership runs out on 31st. We weren’t going to renew for a while since we’re pretty stocked up.
