So far I’m feeling pretty good today! Not sure if it’s because I’m understanding everything so far, or if it’s the other way around. ๐Ÿค” #krislearnsfp

@yow_conf Somebody else sent me that this morning! Love it. โค๏ธ

…And I lost it. Seems like I can do about 4 hours of new stuff before I hit a wall. #krislearnsfp

@jonoabroad Possibly, but I also need to be able to sleep at night.

Proof I survived day 2 and the introduction of the dreaded Monad. Apparently it’s all downhill from here! #krislearnsfp https://t.co/XKYWJaCmAw

@FCTweedie @HeartOfPluto_ Sadly I don’t think the machine itself is coming on the plane! There will be knitted pieces at the exhibition on Monday though.

After two days of learning functional programming, my brain needs fuel. #noveg #sorrynotsorry https://t.co/rTen20ozy4 https://t.co/cULC3IbBGB

Damn. Self, re-read this before every salary negotiation for the rest of your life. (I’ve never seen Grey’s Anatomy, but I’m now an Ellen Pompeo fan.) https://t.co/myzzd7M88O

@LapTop006 That was at Holy Duck at Central Park. Two porks and one duck.

@sauramaia @FCTweedie @HeartOfPluto_ Yeah, the problem is that my main project right now is a big one for the Easter Show, so not super portable *and* I’m at tricky bit.

@twasink @spidie Sydney Women Who Code had a salary negotiation a few years back. I was controversial for advocating straight up lying to this question. I don’t think being underpaid in your last job should mean you’re underpaid in the next.

@twasink @spidie They had a salary workshop, that is. ๐Ÿ™‚

Day 3 of functional programming course, and I’ve worn another thematically appropriate shirt. ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿž #krislearnsfp https://t.co/xT7cxsGNgY https://t.co/fvC3igICdi
