OMG Girlz Don’t Exist on teh Intarweb!!!!1 That article made me laugh. I’m not a hardcore gamer or anything but I can still remember the crazy looks I’d get when the Snook and I went to the retro games store in London. HAHA as a World of Warcraft nerd, that’s a great write up – but then I say that about anything with WoW in it. You can be surprised when you find out they are girls, but it really isn’t that rare. It’s not that big a deal, in fact most people think it’s cool. AND I *never* ask for pics… it’s just much better that way 🙂
The most common thing is female characters played by guys, which you come to expect.
