The morning after the marathon: My legs are pretty darn sore, but no worse than after my long training run. Only injury seems to be a bruised big toe. I should’ve trimmed the nail down shorter; I think it was being jammed a bit. It’s not black under the nail; just sort of reddish and sore. It already feels better today though. Other than that, I’m feeling good! All credit to Jeff Galloway and my magic walk breaks. ๐
