A-ha! I wondered why the hell we were getting the ABC News Victoria feed tonight. I figured it was because the Sydney staff were all getting pissed at their Christmas party.

If you’d seen the whole bulletin, it was actually obvious from the outset that Juanita had a bad throat – she was coughing and trying to clear it to no avail. When they went back to the NSW bulletin from the Victorian one, she said their “technical difficulties” had been fixed with a cough lolly and a glass of water. It had nothing to do with any of the news stories in my opinion.
YES well you did see the set up happening in the foyer at Ultimo yesterday….

I was watcing the news bulletin and it was obvious she had throat problems. No tears, no emotional distress, just a cough.
