I am seriously considering doing Boot Camp next month. I feel so lethargic and flabby right now, and I haven’t run in ages. Maybe this would be a kick in the butt.

Important Note
This site features content going all the way back to 2000. The posts you’ll read reflect my views and writing style at the time. While I have gone back to clean up a few of them, I think it’s important not to sanitise too much. This site is a record of who I am and how I’ve grown. Any blog post written years ago may not reflect who I am today, nor how I would write about the same topic today.

i did a boot camp, and i ended up loving it. the instructor got me to do all sorts of stuff i never normally make myself do when i work out, and also had us measure ourselves at the beginning and at the end of the boot camp training – like how many situps, or pushups we could do at the beginning and by the end. the progress was really encouraging.
