Someone burned a tree in our neighbourhood, and I want to know why.

because some people are just f*cking a*seholes. someone poisoned some brand new pines they planted along the beach front here. you know, cos they ruined the view. grrrrr.
drk, you may want to let your council know about the council on the Lower North Shore that replaces vandalised trees with large permanent signs that block the same view. The signs explain that a vandal in an area is killing trees. Imagine looking at one of them when you open your curtains in the morning.
