It’s in front of Sydney Town Hall, and it really is breathtaking all lit up. It’s called “Tsunami” and it’s part of the Art & About festival.

1st day of Galloway speed training! Felt pretty good. Wore my Newtons for first time in ages.

Tonight’s Spudds workout went a long way towards erasing yesterday’s feelings of weakness & loserdom. I am fit & strong. Was just a bad day.
