I’ve been playing with an iPhone app called “Everyday” for a few months now. Every day, it prompts you to take a photo of yourself. It provides a grid so you can make sure you’re lined up in the same spot. Then you can turn them all into a time lapse! Kinda fun.

GREAT 2:1 run/walk with Raj. Ankle stiff at first, but overall felt 97%!
