Managed to renew our NSW driver’s licenses in < 10min this morning. All credit to ServiceNSW as that was completely painless… (except for learning I’m now officially too old to get the 10 year license, because us oldies have to have eye tests every 5 years). 👵🚗

Did a test run of #seamworkbenning today with some random stash cotton. I lined the top (since it’s a bit sheer), then had to get creative with adding panels to (and shortening) the skirt due to fabric constraints. Hmm. It’s a bit shapeless, but a belt helps. Definitely some fitting issues to address before I do the real one! #awsdressv2 🧵🪡👗
Ugh. Made a massive error cutting out my test dress last night. Funemployment stage 257: restoring a 30+ yo keyboard he found in his childhood bedroom. He had to order a connector and solder some things together, but it definitely works! Next step – CLEAN IT. (It’s so gross.) ⌨️🛁
