We finished Deadloch last night, and it was SO GOOD! I had a lot of theories about the killer, but I didn’t piece it together until the exact moment the cops did. I still think there are some plot holes, but I loved it regardless. Bring on season 2!

Quick work bathroom selfie to show off my new @made590 Patricia dress in the @libertylondon Edenham Denim! I’m not used to belting my dresses, but @jpofoz and @_gadgetgirl_ both said it looked “sharp.” ❤️🌸👗

Clare – Rodd Snook made the Hairy Bikers’ chicken & leek suet pudding. Before he turned it out, I said, “Is there crust all around?” And he said, “STEWS WITH LIDS ARE NOT PIES!” I knew you’d appreciate. 😂 (It was very tasty!)

Your kiss is on my list. 💋⛵️

Before he took me to the yacht rock concert, he made me duck for dinner. ❤️

Gras du canard. While I was off keynoting a tech event, Mr. Snook bought a duck, cut off the legs and breast, trimmed off the skin and fat and rendered it down, and used the carcass for stock. 😍🦆 (Why yes, it’s shaping up to be a lovely weekend.)

The Madonna of the Salon. 😇 💇‍♀️

How good is Deadloch?! We’re only halfway through but it’s so fantastic we’re only doing an episode a day to make it last longer. I have to wonder though how it lands outside Australia. The references are SO SPECIFIC and the slang is so dense. Almost reminds me of Letterkenny in a way…

Susan Garberick called me. None of my family ever call me, so immediately I’m like, “WHO DIED??” She says, “I wanted you to see the fireworks!” Thanks Mom. 😂❤️🎆🇺🇸 #expatlife

Last November, I met up with my colleague Yubo from our team in China and mentioned to him that there are a lot of Chinese expat developers in Australia. We decided we needed to do something special for them! We quickly looped in @[650081436:2048:Belinda McKeon] and some folks from the SA team, and we’ve already been experimenting with Mandarin-language webinars. And guess what? In a few weeks, we’ll be doing our first in-person meetup for Mandarin-speaking developers in Sydney.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNT TINY!!

A few days ago I said to the Snook, “Hey, the 4th of July is coming up. We should have American food!” Next thing I know he’s making baked beans and “best ever American potato salad” from scratch! 😍🇺🇸
