If anyone would like something relaxing to watch, my Swedish colleague Gunnar has just alerted me that the annual moose livestream has started. The moose migrate each Spring so they have a livestream of multiple cameras trying to catch them, and millions of people watch. I find it very soothing.

I haven’t really talked about it much, but last year I joined the global board of Women at Amazon as the regional lead for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. It’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done at the company, and I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made and continue to make.
