When in Japan… (I promise I’ll eat vegetables when I get back to Australia!)

I had an absolute blast meeting everyone at the AWS Summit Tokyo today. It was also a little sad knowing that this is my last time wearing the AWS Dress at an event! (I’m leaving AWS after next week to try out early retirement.) Thank you to everyone in the community that has made my job an absolute joy the last four years! ❤️👗 #awssummittokyo

Our second Disneyland in one week. 😂🏰 Tokyo’s castle was a lot bigger and prettier than LA, and the Beauty and the Beast ride was UNREAL. And we even had a beer at Gaston’s Tavern! 🍻

Week 15: We’re still overseas, but work has continued on the house – and we’re thrilled to see the new windows and doors are in place! Double glazing is going to make next winter a lot more bearable. 🥶 And look at the natural light we get in the back hallway now! All the rendering is done, and the builder and designer are finishing off the reveal details. We’re in the home stretch… ❤️🪟🏠 #renovation

Our nephew Penn is officially a high school graduate! 😭❤️

We have had ourselves quite a day at Disneyland! I was so worried we were going to miss The Rise of the Resistance ride, which was offline most of the day. But it reopened literally as we were going past, so we basically walked on. IT WAS MIND-BLOWING. The most amazing ride any of us have ever been on. Beyond that, we had perfect weather and hit every ride on our list. #perfectday

Summer in the Midwest. Cornhole, freight trains, carbs, and softball… ❤️

45 years later, and I’ve still got the same legs. 😉
