Fifteen-and-a-half years ago we welcomed a handsome yet skittish little abandoned kitten into our lives, and today we had to say goodbye. We miss you already, Petey. 💔😿 You were so loved. Sending hugs to everyone who befriended him and helped take care of him over the years, especially @cactusknitkelly. Please hug your pets today, folks.

Why yes, setting up his coffee machine home automation (allowing him to turn the machine on remotely before he gets out of bed) was the very first priority on unpacking day. 😂☕️

After 5.5 months, our stuff is finally here!! Time for the Great Unpacking (and subsequent “Why The Hell Did We Bother With This – Straight to the Op Shop Pile” self-reflection) to begin!!
