Whole30: Day 6
It was a very tempting day, as I went out for lunch with my nephew (to Jamie’s Italian), went to a pub after work, and then nearly got strong-armed into going out to dinner as well.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled in ghee with leftover tomato and basil salad, black coffee
Lunch: Seared Tuna Salad at Jamie’s Italian, sparkling water, black coffee
Dinner: Leftover Cracklin’ Chicken thighs with a big bowl of salad
Awwwww

Whole30: Day 5
Day 5 wasn’t great. When I woke up, I felt really dizzy like I had vertigo or I was drunk. I think it was due to low blood sugar, or possibly the fact that I went from eating a lot of crap to very, very healthy all at once. I’ve started snacking a bit more, and that seems to have helped.
Breakfast: Black coffee, roasted almonds, dried mango
Lunch: Leftover steak, asparagus, and green beans
Snack: More almonds
Dinner: Cracklin’ Chicken, tomato and basil salad, and steamed carrots

Oh yeah, knitting. I remember how to do this.
