Dinner: so much good stuff at LP’s Quality Meats: smoked veal, boudin, lamb belly stuffed with merguez sausage, beetroot, and bowl of pickles.

Breakfast: Leftover steak, okra, and pumpkin; black coffee
Lunch: Grilled fish and beef, green beans, salad
Dinner: Herb-crusted lamb skewers with Dijon, grilled zucchini, salad
For the lamb, I couldn’t be bothered actually getting out the skewers. I used my ridged grill pan on the stove to grill the eggplant, and then I just chucked all the lamb bits on that afterwards. Worked great.
Just 1 Bottle: 9 Cocktails to Make With a Bottle of Rye and a Trip to the Grocery Store | Serious Eats – Mr. Snook – we should try all of these next month. Especially that Salted Peanut one!
