Roasted seaweed snack
Snack recommendation! The Coles at Broadway had these Korean seaweed snacks on sale, so I picked up a package. And they are GREAT! Savoury, salty, crunchy. I might try to get more.

Korean Chili-Braised Brisket with Kimchi Coleslaw! I accidentally bought an extra tub of gochujang so this was a great way of using it up. π
The recipe is here. Itβs technically for an Instant Pot, but I did it in a traditional pressure cooker and therefore reduced the time a bit. (I think the traditional one gets a bit higher pressure.) You can also use a slow cooker, but that would have required starting the day before to get everything properly marinated.

Homemade Korean bing bread (with potatoes, bacon, cheese), sour cream butter, and zucchini side dish. (I let the bread get a little too dark, but it was still tasty!)
