The arrival of our cast iron skillet means the Snook’s homemade pan pizza is back on the menu. And it’s so unbelievably good. 🍕

Why yes, setting up his coffee machine home automation (allowing him to turn the machine on remotely before he gets out of bed) was the very first priority on unpacking day. 😂☕️

After 5.5 months, our stuff is finally here!! Time for the Great Unpacking (and subsequent “Why The Hell Did We Bother With This – Straight to the Op Shop Pile” self-reflection) to begin!!

I’ve been waiting for this episode, and to get a 90min Courtney Love interview with it was *chef’s kiss* amazing. My favorite bit was when she was like, “You know this thing Imposter Syndrome, right? I’ve never suffered from that for one second in my life. Narcissism, egotism, sure. But never Imposter Syndrome.” 🤯 It’s not really a surprise – especially after hearing her talk for an hour at that point – but I still found it staggering. Sure, she’s a hot mess in a lot of ways, but goddamn I admire her confidence and belief in herself. To think what I could’ve done if I’d approached life like that. Now to go make myself a “What would Courtney Love do?” bracelet so I can look at it every day…
