Important Note
This site features content going all the way back to 2000. The posts you’ll read reflect my views and writing style at the time. While I have gone back to clean up a few of them, I think it’s important not to sanitise too much. This site is a record of who I am and how I’ve grown. Any blog post written years ago may not reflect who I am today, nor how I would write about the same topic today.

Congrats on the great Whole30 work, you two! If there are any websites that have been helpful with meal planning/prep, I would love to check them out. Trying to get some lined up in advance of our W30 kick-off. Thx! 🙂
Hey B – the one we’ve been using the most lately is Nom Nom Paleo. They’ve got an iPad app with great pictures, but you can actually get just about all the recipes for free off the site here. Unfortunately a few of the W30 specialty items she uses I can’t get easily here – like “coconut aminos” – so I either skip those recipes or take the hit on that. Most of her stuff is Whole30 approved though. (I think the iPad app even breaks it out into its own category.)
The other Paleo site I read a lot is Mark’s Daily Apple. He often shares recipes, but his site has a whole lot more too!
