I’ve come down with some sort of flu bug. I felt like such crap that I stayed home today. The upside is that the Snook is cooking my favorite pasta dish, Penne Amatriciana, to cheer me up… Atkins be damned!

me too. i’ve just got over it (it lasted over a week). many other people apparently have also had it. mainly a stomach bug (cramps e.t.c.)
Why are we all sick? Maybe it’s like that “feardotcom” movie. Every time you visit my website, you come down with the flu. 🙁
