Ron is my brother.

The stars of Harry Potter guess how the series will end: Harry will die, Ron may turn evil, and Hermione will end up with Ron. My favorite bit is the very last sentence: “Grint said he was still hoping to stay in the series although it would mean giving up his childhood dream of being an ice-cream man.” Hey, that’s my brother Anthony’s dream too!

  1. WeeB -Zzzzz

Im about to ZZZZ but for all you HP fans, a HP quiz has just hit the BBC News web site.

  2. Woohoo! Thanks WeeB. Here’s the link for the rest of you…

  3. I got 11 out of 12. 🙂

  4. tut tut.. I would have expected a HP Guru like you to get 12/12 😉

I didn’t do the quiz as I’m not really that much into HP (yet). I hate to say this but I’ve not read any of the books (erp) and I think that is the probably the problem as I really think the film endings are weak. Doing story creation myself though, I know it’s pretty hard to end a story.

Will reading the books sway me to liking HP more?

  5. Probably. I think the books are superior to the movies. The films capture the basic essence of the plot, but Rowling fills in the gaps with such detail that you just marvel at the imagination. It’s like Star Wars, where they just fill every bit of the screen with amazing stuff. I think you’d definitely like them.

  6. Cool. Cheers for the input.

I borrowed HP-PS off my bro a year ago and it’s been sitting on a shelf since 😉 Time to stop being a slack tart and open the covers up!!

I started to snag the audio books read by Stephen Fry but they had a lot of background noise.

Will let you know what I thought of HP-PS in a few days, once I’ve read it.
