You can do it! Banks (etc) are very quick at approving loans!!
Anybody recommend a good mortgage broker who can walk two idiots through the process of buying a house? 🙂

If you want it, go for it – the banks will fall over themselves to thrust money at you. Trust me, they gave me money, and I couldn’t even get a phone in my name a few years ago 😉
