As the announcer puts it: “…one of the most miraculous plays in all of college football!” I can’t disagree. Trinity University had two seconds left on the clock and scored a touchdown off a crazy play that included fifteen lateral passes! Looks more like rugby than football to me.

Nevermind. From MeFi: Game does not end until end of play, regardless of clock.
Having lived in southern football country almost all my life, that is one rule I never knew.

Yeah, the clock runs out but the play continues until the ball is dead (either the player is tackled, a pass is dropped, or the ball goes out of bounds).
The one ruling that surprised me was the lateral that bounces and is still caught. I was surprised that wasn’t considered a fumble. Or was it? I guess it could be and the player can still pick it up and run.
