Holy crap. I didn’t realize that Tina Fey’s parody of Sarah Palin’s interview – the part where she spewed random, nonsensical talking points about the bailout – was actually a WORD-FOR-WORD QUOTE.

Certain people at work have decided that it’s funny* to send me links to whatever stupid thing Palin’s done every day. Today it was the bit of the interview where she can’t give Katie Couric the name of a SINGLE NEWSPAPER OR MAGAZINE that she reads. How hard is it to lie and mumble “New York Times”? Good grief.
*They do this because it makes my head explode every damn time.
