Should McCain be putting his campaign messages on pizza and fried chicken cartons and Obama release his own brand of tofu?
Ya, as M-H said, it’s a class/education thing more than anything else. Poorer and less-educated states — Mississippi being the prime example — tend to both [a] trend Republican and [b] rely more on fast foods.
Fortunately, just as obesity rates can be lowered with an emphasis on diet and exercise, we’re very close to finding a working treatment for the horrifyingly debilitating effects of late-stage conservatism. (Hopefully, said treatment will be included in the Wii Fit 2.0.)
